Skiing Goes Green At Killington
Highlighting how global warming poses a big threat to the ski industry, EPA officials this month toured Vermont's Killington Resort to showcase environmental initiatives aimed at cutting emissions of heat-trapping greenhouse gases. Killington was named Vermont’s Overall Greenest Resort in 2014.

Frank Lloyd Wright Buildings Tabbed For World Heritage Status
The U.S. may soon have some new World Heritage sites to celebrate and visit, as Interior Secretary Sally Jewell this week said her agency is nominating a group of 10 buildings in seven states designed by American architect Frank Lloyd Wright for inclusion on the World Heritage List.
