At Copper Colorado Condos, we enjoy providing every guest and property owner with personalized service. I started Copper Colorado Condos in 2005 because I was disappointed in the service from traditional property management companies. I began with just one unit, my own; and soon after that, owners of other mountain rentals asked for my help. I’ve found that I love the work. Copper Colorado Condos is now happily the manager of multiple vacation rental units in Copper Mountain and Frisco, Colorado.
My partner, Bob Berwyn, and I handle every rental booking and owner setup ourselves. We live in Frisco, CO, and we love the 5-minute drive through Ten Mile Canyon to Copper Mountain. Bob is a prolific multimedia journalist and is highly respected in our community. If you are visiting Summit County, click on his website www.summitvoice.org for uncensored local news updated daily. Bob speaks fluent English and German–and some French—so, in addition to working with American vacationers, we are able to give European visitors special attention. I only speak English, but I sure do like to talk!
Before I started Copper Colorado Condos, I worked for corporate businesses in Des Moines, Iowa, for 13 years. I always enjoyed my jobs because they were customer-focused, but they failed to satisfy my independent spirit and my soul. I wanted my hard work to have meaning beyond receiving a big paycheck. I earned an MBA from Drake University in 1999 while working full-time, and that experience showed me that I could be successful in business. I love everything about being able to help both vacationers and property owners while I live and work in the spectacular Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Need lodging for 2 adults and one child during the National Snowboard championships (April 1-8, 2011). Only need one full bath but would like 2 toilets.
