Frisco is the most central location in Summit County…..your Main Street to the Rockies! This Peak One town home is located 2 blocks south of Frisco’s famous and historic Main Street, and 2 blocks north of the hiking trailhead for popular hikes including Mount Royal, Mt. Victoria, Peak One, Rainbow Lake, Miner’s Creek and more. All of this just outside your door!

This non-smoking/no pets, four bedroom, three bath, Peak One Town home makes your vacation effortless. The Master Suite has a queen bed, cable tv and private bathroom w/tub and shower. The Second upstairs bedroom suite has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen bed, TV with DVD/VCR, and the fourth bedroom is the kids’ favorite, with 4 twin bunks.
The living room includes a pull out queen sofa to provide more sleeping options, a wood-burning fireplace and cable TV with DVD/VCR. And we have a huge supply of firewood. Our newest addition is a beautiful new private hot tub. After an active day on the slopes or trails, soak away your aches, pains and worries in this stainless steel, custom built beauty. There is a washer and dryer and kitchenette downstairs. The downstairs is garden level, so there are windows and light – and mountain views.
There is plenty of parking just outside the front door, but take advantage of Summit County’s free bus – The Summit Stage. It picks you steps away on Main Street and goes to all the resorts.
We understand the special needs of families visiting with children, and have 2 pack & plays and a highchair available, along with lots of games, books and CDs to keep everyone occupied and happy. For those visiting without the kids… don’t worry, the kid stuff doesn’t take up any of your living accommodations – we have plenty of big closets.
Frisco is right in the middle of Summit County – Colorado’s beautiful playground. Copper Mountain is less than 10 minutes away. Breck is 15 minutes, Keystone is 20 minutes, A-Basin is 30 minutes and Loveland is 40 minutes. Less than an hour away from it all!
This large, fully-furnished home offers it all – free Wireless internet access, a fully equipped kitchen – with blender, coffee maker, tea pot, utensils, – TVs with DVD and VCRs, washer and dryer, books and games, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, lots of extra towels, and glorious views of the Ten Mile range. On the deck, along with the grill, we have a recycle bin.
Closer to Denver’s airport than Vail! Only 20 minutes from Breckenridge.
Copper Mountain is known as Frisco’s mountain, and Copper has long been known as “THE skiers/riders Mountain.” With over 20 lifts and 2433 acres the mountain artfully blends terrain for the most advanced skiers and boarders. Rather than mixing the beginner skiers area with the more advance terrain, Copper has made SAFETY PRIORITY ONE with an entire mountain area dedicated for the family and the beginner skier/rider. It is ranked as one of the top ski schools in the country.

We offer extremely low Spring rates and very low Summer rates: $125/night for 3+ nights through June 21 and $175/night for 3+ nights from June 22 – September 23, 2010. This home is equal to 4 hotel rooms, and also has a kitchen, free WiFi and private hot tub. This is an unreal deal (but it’s real) for 10-12 people, and actually a great deal for just 2 people!
