Copper Colorado Condos has added a new rental unit in The Cirque, Copper’s only platinum- rated building, The two-bedroom condo is now available  for rentals during the 2009 – 2010 ski season and beyond.

The roomy and bright two-bedroom, two-bath unit is the perfect spot for families or groups of friends to enjoy all the best that Copper has to offer, from fresh powder snow, to the lively bars in the village, as well as concerts and fireworks at the Burning Stones Plaza.

The end unit in Copper’s highest-rated building features more square footage and more windows and it’s just a few steps from the Cirque’s lovely courtyard, with two heated pools and a hot tub. Heated walkways means you can stroll barefoot out to the pool and back before making a batch of popcorn and settling in to watch a movie on the big-screen TV or just lighting the gas fireplace and watching the snow fall.

The Cirque is the only property to earn the platinum rating at Copper Mountain. The building is located between the new Center Village and Union Creek with easy access to all ski lifts and ski schools. Footpaths lead off the courtyard right to the Union Creek beginner ski area and to the green, blue, and black runs off the American Eagle/American Flyer lifts in the center village area.

The Cirque also includes a comfortable common lounge area with a fireplace and wet bar. Your condo key card gives you free access to a media room with a big-screen TV with DVD. You’ll also have key access to a fitness and shower facility, and a kid’s entertainment room.

Copper Colorado Condos new Summit House unit is a spacious and bright one-bedroom that sleeps up to seven. The condo is about 660 square-feet, bigger than many one-bedrooms at Copper.

The condo’s master bedroom has two queen-size beds and pull-out couch that sleeps one. Two more people can sleep on a fold-out couch in the living room. Great picture windows in the dining area give great views to the slopes, so you can check the snow conditions before you finish breakfast.

The Summit House Condo is just a short walk away  from the American Eagle chair and all the action around the Burning Stones Plaza in the Center Village.
